Kitchen staff was seen chewing on their fingernails when handling food items. When brought up to staff there was "nothing they could do"

I work in hospice and so on a daily basis I see a lot of pain and suffering.the other day, I was having a very bad day one morning, my grandmother had just passed away, I went into get my boba tea and was greeted with the most kind-hearted and just beautiful souls I've ever ever met in the service world.
