Jjim was courteous & knowledgeable. Vehicle was as described.
John went the extra mile to make the car buying process easy for me even though it created extra work for him. Including the 3 mo. or 5000 mile warranty in the price of the car takes out the extra worry with buying a used car. He even delivered the car to me since I had trouble coordinating someone to come with me to pick up the car. I don't think I would have received better customer service buying a new car at a brand dealer.
Responded the next day with answers to my questions, very professional.
