I had a leak from a window they put in and gallons of water poured into my car at the car wash and when they came to fix it they pulled my headliner back and got black urethane all over my headliner. Needless to say it's been a horrible experience ruining my brand new car.
Wonderful customer service. They have always been prompt to schedule appointments and prices are excellent. I just returned from having a chip in the windshield repaired. It looks great and was much more affordable than replacing the entire windshield. Thanks so much Classic Auto Glass!
Atrocious service. They damaged our vehicle while replacing the windshield and were horribly "organized" while attempting to solve the issue. Classic Auto Glass left us with scratched paint, dents around the windshield, and torn molding. Both the employees and owner were rather disrespectful over the phone, and scheduling was messed up several times.
Great service. They were busy for 2 weeks but since I'm traveling I got an appointment straight away and got my windshield fixed in no time. Very professional and beautifully priced :)
They were great! Got an appointment at the time it suited me, they had me in on time, new windshield replaced and ready to go in under an hour. Receptionist is friendly and the owner Dave is great too! Thank you Classic!!
