Very disrespectful and unprofessional people, they messed up the whole back of my head. The parts are uneven and not even straight. They acted like they didn’t even care. I had an appointment for tuesday at 8 am. when i arrived the shop was completely closed and doors were locked. i called one of the owners and she said someone would be there shortly. to her shortly meant an hour and 30 mins. no one arrived to the shop until 9:30. when she did arrive it was only 1 braider and there was 3 people (including me) that had appointments at 8am. they were completely unprofessional and wasted my time. i had to go to the bank and request a dispute for my deposit because she claimed she couldn’t give m... read more

Completely wasted my time and gas, the times are not accurate l, they say they are open till 1 but in reality close earlier. I called 4 times to get an accurate time and not only did they misinformed me, they hung up in my face after I arrived to the beauty supply. Don’t recommend at all! Very unprofessional!

Hello. I am reaching out to you to express my disappointment in the services received at your establishment. The 1st visit on Sunday, 7/6 was performed and within one hour, the braid was frizzing. Within 24 hours, the hair was coming a loose (see picture). I contacted Sarah and she told me to come back and she would have a braider redo my child's hair with a different gel. My hair came out really nice, and I was happy with the style itself. But the overall experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I called ahead, explained exactly what I wanted, and was told a price over the phone. When I got there, I got the exact same style we talked about—nothing extra.
