Can't adequately express the gratitude for all the treatments over the last 5 1/2 years. after 3 visits and 2 treatments (one to read xrays and treatment plan) I found that they wanted me to pay up front for an intense treatment plan - I was uncomfortable with that and they would not simply let me pay as I go.. they said they were not geared up to take payments one at a time - but in the initial 3 appointments they were? Anyway, I was lured in on a promotion at old navy and paid for some items out of pocket and they billed my insurance for all most of the items I had already paid.
