They use to be called family behavioral resources but now operating under this name. When I had FBR they were totally rude and not compassion at all. They blamed me for "my behavior"? Like what behavior? The only behavior I saw was theirs. They screamed at their clients and were abusive. Save some time and not go with them. Your better off getting help from your own family who doesn't even have credentials!
Spoke to Hunter today and he was great. I do not recommend Clarvida at all at this point as an almost 10 year patient but this employee was very kind!!!! Deserves the stars.
Terrible experience. Please do yourself a favor and look else where. You and your family deserve care, empathy and professionalism. You will not receive any of the following from the office staff, billing team or clinic. Even though my family had insurance they insisted to take cash payments as a back up. After insurance processed the claim, the funds were never released. I could go on with the rudeness and mistreatment but I will allow my attorney to handle the rest.
Avoid at all costs.
Terrible therapist, she talked about herself most of the time then invalidated most the things i said. Do not go here
