I thought everything was going to go great, and at first it was. My therapist, Jennifer is literally astounding, however the other staff doesn’t communicate with clients prior to appointment cancellations. I begged them to get me back on my medications due to extreme depression and anxiety, just for the receptionist to smile and tell me my appointment will be cancelled, but can’t be rescheduled due to a “system issue” that was reportedly going on since 11:00AM. I've been getting therapy and seeing a psychiatrist here for a while. Great place, I never feel I'm left without service. They always make sure I get what I need and understand what they can help with.
Do yourself a favor and find another place to go to. This place has 1 star reviews for a reason. Don't waste your time.
Consistently messing up with sending meds over therapist always canceling last minute would not suggest this place
My appointments with Haley have been some of the best therapy experiences i've had while being under family behavioral care. Shes very kind and patient with me when I miss my appointments.
