First review ever, and I'm really sad I even have to make this because the doctors are wonderful, but whoever is running this clinic is doing some shady business. My card was charged eight yes EIGHT times for a copay and this company refuses to give me my money back unless I send them screenshots of my bank statements. As someone who has worked in customer service for fifteen years, you never ask someone for their bank account for a refund. 196$ over charge and they refuse to give me my money back. Great first experience at Clarus! My 7 year old felt calm, safe, and supported. Even when he needed to have a procedure, Megan walked him through every step of the process, and spoke to him in such a kind manner. Will definitely continue to care here!
I love Megan and her nurse. Her bedside manners a so warming and caring Megan is so good and I feel like I can walk out of Clarius feeling confident & comfortable about not having to worry that she may have not done a thorough skin cancer assessment once I leave there I love the Hugo location too.
