Was fine until I was in too much pain following an adjustment to return for a scheduled visit. I cancelled more than a day ahead of time and was still charged a cancellation fee. I tried calling Mr Clarrey several times to discuss and my calls were never returned. Mr. Clarrey decided to turn it over to collections. Even then he would not return my calls. I didn't realize $50 was more important than keeping a clent.
FALSE PAYMENT INFORMATION!!!! I was told that my initial exam would be covered through my insurance but I was responsible for my portion of every visit. I visited 4 times and paid my portion of the bill each time. Several weeks later, I get a bill for over $50 saying that my insurance only covered $32 of my initial exam. I would have NEVER gotten treated here had I known I would be paying over $50 for the initial exam when so many other places offer that exam for FREE!
