You guys sucks over 1hour in half waiting for bus 8 and still waiting great service smh
Just okay tonight on the Hilldale bus...route 5...the driver on there is quick to catch an attitude and I had to tell him he didn't have to yell at me in order to tell me(which he didn't) that he stopped to tell someone who was trying to catch the bus that he had to wait til he came back around and didn't even bother to let me know that. I don't know his name but this certain driver needs to watch his tone when it comes to passengers
They are sweet and kind and hell u out love the drivers they make me laugh
Always late. And then for some reason certain buses stop running every half hour after 6. So if the bus is running late and I cant make it to the station on time I have to wait up to an hour and a half just to get home. Been left stranded twice since using route 1000. Do better.
Great drivers, clean busses, easy to transfer. Seem to run on time and routes are fairly quick
CTS Team has been good to me. Kind, caring and considerate. I've had no problems thus far and I believe it's going to be okay from here on out! I've lived in Clarksville 2 year's. I started using the CTS transportation this year April 2017 and the Team Players have been not only accommodating but concerned towards me! :-) Thank you from my heart to yours!
