Was just left standing out in the cold for nearly an hour because two buses didn't show up for their runs. Dispatcher said there was heavy traffic due to an accident, but I find it extremely difficult to believe that traffic issues would cause two buses to miss their runs. Extremely disappointed in this unacceptable level of service.
their phones are off and every number I've dialed are disconnected so I can't find out when the last bus going to Whitfield Rd on a Saturday, which is very rediculous
It's good when the bus is on time or shows up. Stood waiting at the bus stop for 25 minutes today, and the bus never showed up. Decided to just request an Uber
need more buses. i have to wait an entire hour for the next bus because the bus is late and the half hour madison street stops at 6 30. huge inconvenience for the 4 bucks i pay for an all day pass. need to run later and get sone Sunday service going.
CTS provides a wonderful service with the paratransit. My mother LOVED these drivers and the service they provided. It helped her maintain her independence for many years beyond what she could have transported herself on the regular bus, cars, and other means of transportation.
