Does the pharmacist ever act suspicious or judgmental at your request for a refill? Yes, were very patronizing and questioned my motives Did this provider use excessive foul language? Yes! It was very unprofessional! Were the staff members able to answer your questions? The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions Was your prescription filled quickly? Absolutely not. They lost my prescription! Did this provider answer all of your questions? None of my questions were answered

I took all my business back over to CVS. Ever since Jack left, the store has gone down hill. He was the best pharmacist!
