Front Desk are awful people to speak too, being that they work around children you would THINK they would be more happy or at least crack a smile but instead they are rude ladies. Not one but both. Had us waiting 40 minutes for our appointment and allowed so many others to go in before us while having a fussy toddler. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!
I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Especially not Dr. Greg Rockower. He’s judge mental , and rude, and quite sarcastic. I’ve been going to him for years and every single time I was treated the same way by him. During my last visit I told him CONFIDENTIAL things in confidence, he not only judged me, but he shared his PERSONAL OPINIONS on the matter. Dr.Berg is amazing, very attentive and heartwarming. All the office staff was also very kind and professional!
Dr. Greg Rockower is not kids friendly. He is very aggressive and my child had an horrible experience with him. Would not recommend him at all!
Doctors are good but staff is horrible. Keep you waiting in cars with a 18mon old for over 30min. How do you have your kids sit in a car for over 30min and think it ok cause of covid policy ? Then when you express how dissatisfied you are they get defensive rude and ask you to leave their practice. More than happy to leave my daughter deserves better.Once again love the Doctors but staffing and policies are horrible.
