My husband’s nurse Carrie T was fantastic! She was very caring and funny! I would give her 10 stars if I could!
Called me today after I left a voicemail yesterday in regards to cancelling my appointment because I can’t afford the 900 upfront when I’m disabled and unemployed fighting for disability and their payment options are getting a credit card or 50% down and keeping a card on file. Alan was my pre-op and post-op nurse. He made the whole process super easy and not scary. My procedure took almost no time at all and the care team was so nice the whole time. I see Dr. Ramy Mansour and he’s also a really great doctor and explains things very well.
Great experience from sign-in, to prep, procedure and recovery. Team was professional and friendly.
My daughter had surgery yesterday at the Clarkston Surgery Center. The whole process from intake to discharge was seamless and all staff members were great! Special shout-out to Alan, a recovery nurse, who was patient, knowledgeable, and HILARIOUS!
