I want to express my thanks and gratitude to Dr. Doug Pernikoff. I felt that he really came through for me in a time of need for both me and my pet. Dr. Doug has compassion for the animals he treats and has empathy for the the worried owners who love their pets. I am impressed as to how quickly he responded to the needs of my pet fish, had me text pictures to him, evaluated the situation, and offered immediate help. My dog, Cash, was so sick after staying at the sitters. I had no information about his care or how he got sick, but all the staff worked with me over multiple visits and took great care of my baby. They also did a wonderful job comforting me as a first time mom with a sick puppy. Thank you so so much!
Dr Doug helped my tortoise with a terrible dog bite on a Sunday! I can't express my appreciation for his help and care of my pet! Thanks for going above and beyond!
We just got our Granddog back after surgery. Roxi did great and says Thank You to Dr. Doug and staff for taking such good care of her as do the rest of her family.
Dr. Doug was wonderful with Major PIB. He fixed his eye problem and saved us quite a bit of money in Major PIBS I are wonderful now.
Care second to none! Such a caring staff!!! Taffy Madey has never looked better and she's a spry 15 years old!
Went to visit a good friend's pup this past weekend who Dr. Doug had repaired her leg. When my vet in Memphis retires, I'm moving my dogs up here so I can go here for help and care. The staff treated me like I had been there before, my friend's dog was doing fantastic. She's being spoiled. I like that.
