We feel very lucky to have worked with Cynthia during the sale of our home. We initially choose her for her personal knowledge of horse property. We did not realize the bonus we received when we realized how knowledgeable she was with all aspects of rural property, the well, septic, irrigation, setbacks,eseaments and other systems that are unique to country living.
