Words cannot expressed how disappointed I was when I arrived today June 23rd for my eye exam. I made this appointment online and received a phone call on June 22nd to verify my Medicare information and was told that everything was ok and she would see me tomorrow. I checked in early the receptionist made a copy of my Medicare card and drivers license. Upon completion of filling out forms and returning them to the receptionist she stated I have one more form a Refraction Fee form requesting $49 fee. I was upset because I wasn... read more
