Long story short. I was a new patient here and this doctor recently switched to being a zoom doctor instead of in person. Not sure if that had to do with my results. Got my exam and contact trials; and because of my slight astigmatism, each pair of contacts took one month to arrive. Went in for eye exam and everyone was top notch.
My in office technician was super nice and very thorough and explained everything along the way. The virtual exam was not a positive experience. The technician on the screen seemed to be rushing through the process, making it difficult for me to follow and ensure my script information was recorded correctly. I had to repeatedly state that I did not know certain information due to the rushed nature of the interaction. Dr Fillmore is fantastic, he has seen me for twenty yrs now along with my two girls. I highly recommend him! Unfortunately some of the staff can be extremely rude and rough
The staff were very friendly. Tara and Tammy were very very proficient and knowledgeable of their profession. Tara was very easy to talk to and understanding. Tammy very helpful and experienced in helping with picking out frames and lenses. Highly recommend. The doctor was very friendly and proficient and professional, plus very easy to talk to and he took his time with me, did not rush and answered all my questions.
