I am a bad dental patient, having had extensive work for years which left me anxious about upcoming appointments. I found this office where they are very understanding and accommodating, which helps greatly! They are fun and really seem to enjoy working together. I would recommend them.
I’m sharing this now because it’s time for our family’s annual appointments, and I wanted to explain why we won’t be returning. To start, I sent my husband here, and they somehow convinced him to bypass using our insurance and pay out of pocket. This was the first place I’ve ever encountered that refused to proceed with an appointment unless you provided insurance information in advance.
