Got my eye exam in collinsville but didn’t like the frames. I order single vision for existing sun glasses. They made reading prescription. Found a acceptable pair of frames in granite city. They transposed numbers on prescription I couldNT see anything.. guess what..they sent me letter for refusing me future service and contrived a excuse. As to why. CAN YOU BELIEVE THE INCOMPETENCE AND THEN BLAME ME. I now pay out of pocket at Eye bar in STL. GREAT SERVICE BEAUTIFUL FRAMES AND COMPREHENSIVE EYE EXAMS
