We had a excellent experience with Allegiance Truck Center in Plattsburgh NY. They got our truck in right away, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had it repaired in no time and our driver back on the road. Their communication was outstanding throughout the entire process, keeping us updated every step of the way. Won’t find a better group of guys!! Take pride in their work and not afraid of a challenge. I got a hold of Jeremy late last week hoping for FICM re flash. Knowing they’re busy schedule, he was able to squeeze me in completing that for me in a very timely manner. Unluckily that was not the Fix all, There was other issues with my bus converted to RV and I was leaving for an event Thursday of the following week. They do a great job, helped me off the road with an air leak. They got the air leak fixed and I was back on the road in less than 2 hours.
My truck starter failed and I had to get towed in. Jeremy got right on it and took care of the issue. The mechanic also found an air leak that I wasn't aware of. All in all a great experience.
