Technician showed up at designated time but snuck up to my door and left a note stating that he knocked on the door, rang the doorbell and called. My husband and I were inside the house with a dog who would have barked at the slightest noise. We have a Ring doorbell that sends our phones immediate notifications when our doorbell is rung or if motion is detected. My phone did not ring, no missed call and no voicemail.
