Always efficient, polite and easy to work with. We live out of town and receive our prescriptions within a few days of ordering/refilling. Highly recommend.

I agree Mark has great customer service skills & high level of knowledge, however Tina needs to go family or not! Although. I've owned my own business in the past I personally would bring it up and extend the maximum grace I could give as a final measure if she were a relative by making sure she needs to go through a class on customer service and good manors in business don't drive business down ,keep comments to herself and praise the customer if she needs to complain wait until she is at home. Tiny is horrible, she constantly complains about having to answer the phones and anything having to do with her job, I cringe when I have to call for a refill!!!! These people must not care about their business because they are rude to everyone!! Mark is fine, Tiny is a real piece of work. I'm taking my business elsewhere, my natural path wont even send refills there anymore!

Two thumbs up I am do very happy with the service I have received at Clark's pharmacy. Mark is so sincerely concerned with providing the best service. He is incredibly knowledgable and has always steered me in the right direction. The quality of the products are top notch. I do my research and I am very impressed with the fact they truly sell only the best...and at a very decent price. Go anywhere but here! Let's put it this way: YOU WOULD HAVE TO BE CRAZY TO GO HERE! I was there for years for my thyroid medication. Last week, it came in one bottle instead of the usual two. i called very nicely and the PHARMACIST MARK promptly started to blame ME for not syaing it correctly on the phone. I told all I called for was more of the same but he continued to blame ME for not validating what they were sending!!!! AND he is charging more shipping for what I should have gotten, THEN he asked me not to use them anymo... read more

Clarks is Great! The owners are amazing..they are an example of good, clean, living, and are both willing to spend time helping you to understand products, condition related questions, direct you to information related to your questions and product knowledge is amazing. They are up to date and very helpful. The office staff is also very helpful, professional and respectful. I would HIGHLY recommend Clarks...and have to most of my friends. They do a great job- nothing like a "Costco or Target" experience.

- B. Mark is great! He is very caring! I have been going there for 10 years now. He always takes the time to SEE HOW YOU ARE DOING. Regarding Tina, yes, she needs to continue to improve on her customer service. Last time I was in there, she was the nicest I have ever known. I assume Mark has spoken to her, so hopefully she will keep it up! Thanks Mark for your SERVICE!
