Clark’s is amazing. Very fast to return pieces and prices are fair. The ladies are so kind and helpful. They fixed a broken. Gold bracelet and soldered my wedding band and engament ring together
My husband took his wedding band to Clark’s in mid November to be repaired- after 30 years, the band had split in 2 places. We picked the ring up and it looked beautiful. In early March, the ring split again in one of the previously repaired spots. We went back to Clark’s, only to be told there might be a fee for this second repair “due to the extended length of time between repairs.” When I picked the ring up today, there was indeed an additional fee. I have always had great experiences with Clark’s in the past- however this last time was terrible. I took my herringbone gold bracelet I have had since high school which had one kink in it to see if it could be fixed. The knot was also in a spot where it could have been cut out since it was always a little bigger on my wrist. I was told they couldn’t fix it and when I went to pick it up it was shoved in a small envelope with my other repairs items and instead of the one knot it had multiple and can never be fixed now.
