They have EXCELLENT flat breads!!! Some drinks are good too. I remember not liking my drink the first time i went here. But the one I drank this time was super good!!
Had dinner for the first time before the Drunk as the Dickens play and all of our meals were superb!!! Loved the truffle fries!!!!

The food was good and served timely. But the service sucked. Waitress served our food and disappeared the rest of the time we were there.

Clark's is definitely our fave downtown Hillsboro gem. The food is always amazing and Zach and staff are always friendly. We love the 505 vibe we get with the Albuquerque turkey sandwich and the 505 burger...they stay true with serving only hatch green chiles from New Mexico . Clark's is always a place that we bring out of town guests and always recommend to friends from around here.....WE � CLARK'S!!! Thanks for opening this place and many many more years of success.
