Clark's is awesome. It's our go to place in Hillsboro. I've had every one of their sandwiches and burgers at one point or another, and never been disappointed. Try the truffle fries!
Been there many times and have never been disappointed. Everything I've ordered has been spot on good. Great staff, great building, and great food.
We love this little find! The cocktails are amazing, and the food is pretty amazing as well. The staff is super friendly.
Not your everyday Bistro. The menu is excellent and comes with a professional staff and awesome ambiance. Worth every penny and more, especially the Cubano!
OK, so Clark's is quickly becoming my joint for burgers, beer and... booze? They do have a killer bartender in Matt and the food is hard to beat (did I mention the burgers?). Great live music and some of the best people I know hang out there, too! If you live on the west side and don't know about Zach Clark's Bistro....Go!
This is the go to place for burgers as far as I am concerned. Just the best around with great beef so freshly grilled to your liking and lots of variety. Just a friendly place and doing it's part to bringing life to our little downtown.
Good food, friendly staff, and good service! Probably the best sandwiches and burgers I have had in Hillsboro.
