It would seem I am reiterating other buyers views/experiences, Cass is indeed a pleasant and surprising change from the used car dealer stereotypes. I shopped at 4 local dealerships for a used vehicle, I got the standard used car dealer sub optimal experience at 3 of them (I simply walked away). Fantastic experience! I'm 65 years old and have owned maybe 30 cars in my life and this was one of the best buying experiences I've ever had. The vehicle was in pristine condition and very fairly priced AND Cass accepted my offer with no hassle whatsoever. Cass is extremely down-to-earth and ZERO pressure. None whatsoever. Very amicable and honest. The whole transaction couldn't have gone smoother or quicker. Best car buying experience ever.
