It is hard to find good quality service these days. Clarke's Custom Air Inc. qualifies as a bad service. While visiting my mom and pops in Florida, the air conditioning stopped working. My pops told me this was the 3rd time in 3 months that the A/C had gone out. Furthermore, after each occurrence, Clarke's technician would claim it was a different issue. Clarke’s came highly recommended to us. We had our system installed in 2018. A year or so later, the evaporator needed to be replaced. For a year now our system smells like mold whenever we switch from off to heat or air or from heat to air. Our thermostat has never worked properly and has been replaced and still doesn’t work properly. We got the runaround for a week trying to schedule service only to schedule and have a no call/no show situation. We have used Clarke's Custom Air for the whole time since we purchased this home which is 28 years. They always show on time and complete the work in a timely manner with total attention to detail. I would recommend them for your total AC needs from repair to purchasing and complete install. Thank you Clarke's Custom Air.

Do not waste your time with this company as we did. This has to be a family owned business, as no employer would put up with the way this office is run. This lady is rude, very unprofessional, yells at customers, does not return calls, and definitely hand selects their jobs. Also, do not fall for the advertisement of available Monday through Sunday, 24 hours a day, as you will not reach anyone on the weekend or receive a return call.
