Don’t even bother. Multiple no shows and they don’t answer the phone. Let alone call you back. They should do the community a service and just go out of business.

It is hard to find good quality service these days. Clarke's Custom Air Inc. qualifies as a bad service. While visiting my mom and pops in Florida, the air conditioning stopped working. My pops told me this was the 3rd time in 3 months that the A/C had gone out. Furthermore, after each occurrence, Clarke's technician would claim it was a different issue. Clarke’s came highly recommended to us. We had our system installed in 2018. A year or so later, the evaporator needed to be replaced. For a year now our system smells like mold whenever we switch from off to heat or air or from heat to air. Our thermostat has never worked properly and has been replaced and still doesn’t work properly. We got the runaround for a week trying to schedule service only to schedule and have a no call/no show situation. We have used Clarke's Custom Air for the whole time since we purchased this home which is 28 years. They always show on time and complete the work in a timely manner with total attention to detail.
