Stay away from Robert. We used to have policies with his dad for years, no problem. Then his dad retired and Robert is in charge. He never responds, he even lie to us saying he include my business in a policy and when we had to renew it we realized we where never insured, and we paid for it. I am now trying to cancel both of my policies for more than a month and he has not do it.
If there was a choice of ZERO stars I would choose it. I was trying to cancel a policy and want to know how much I need to pay as penalty before I proceed to cancel, but was ignored for 2 days and counting. Now it's the weekend and I will not be able to speak with anyone until Monday. I cannot believe how poor the service is. Stay away. Try to negotiate directly for insurance or try a different brokerage. It saved me over $800 for one car and $700 for a home.
Horrible customer service. Called asking for a quote and the woman said she will get back to me and never did, it's been a week. I've called many times to follow up. I am fine taking my business elsewhere its their loss. If they are this unresponsive I wouldn't want them as my insurance broker anyways!
