Our experience was the same - rude, unprofessional, disorganized, and completely lacking in basic customer service. We scheduled a fish drop-off at our pond, and instead of providing a reasonable time estimate, they gave us a massive time window. I've been a client of Clarke Koi Ponds for a number of years and have always been very satisfied with their work, advice and customer service. This year however something has changed, they've gotten even better! A new team came out to open up the pond for the summer and the work was stellar. The pond was thoroughly cleaned and my questions were answered completely. Very professional both with their work and customer service! Would highly recommend Clarke's for all your pond needs.
