They gave me a window between 10am - 4pm and would give a 30 min call ahead when the plumber is ready. They called and because I didn't answer the phone they cancelled my appt, yet I got back to them 4 mins after missing the call. Girl on the phone has terrible customer service and is the reason why I will no longer do business with this company. This company prioritizes their needs over the customer. Terrible experience!
Clake Kent is my go to plumber. Most recently I called about a slow draining shower. I expected having to wait a day or two because it's Austin. Nope, a plumber was out within 60 minutes and professionally extracted a hairball the size of a cat out of the drain! Problem solved. Thank you!
I had a recent very negative set of experiences with this company. 9 years ago they did great work at my home. They installed a whole home filtration system which worked incredibly well. I was told that it would last about 10 years. At year 9 the filter seemed to have a leak. I called Clarke Kent Plumbing to make an appointment to have the filtration system replaced.
