I wouldn't even give one! At first they seem all there but second you pay forget it they just won't talk to u appointments or not they give you the run around and each tells you something different! I don't recommend for anyone unless ur desperate!

This was at their Northshore location. I spent 3 weeks getting together all of our debts, account numbers, phone numbers, etc... The 1st CW employee I spoke with was very helpful and gave me a lot of information. We discussed our debts and he gave me the exact amount we would be paying monthly. We spoke with two more paralegals and an attorney before our in-person appt. to sign papers, and watched the first of 2 online mandatory debt management consultations, which we had to pay $40 prior to watching it. My experience was excellent from the start. From the receptionist, The paralegals in between, And the attorneys, They were all extremely professional, pleasant, helpful, and understanding. I highly recommend the law firm of Clark and Washington.
We had a good experience. Until we got our hearing over with. We had to go back in and sign an reaffirmation document for our single wide. No biggie. He said, ryan was his name, he would call us in a few days before filing it so we could confirm our decision. Never heard from him. We got an email summoning us to court because the bankruptcy court didn't receive our payment (they had it set to be paid on Feb 6th when our documents said the 8th).
