I do not recommend!!! They play phone tag don't inform me of what I need it. Seems like they avoiding me. They can't keep paralegals and they last my personal papers, worse experience of my life!!!
Awful experience… nobody knows what they are doing. One person will tell you one thing and the other person will tell you a different thing. If you need to get in contact with them for any reason it’s very hard to get somebody on the phone. I would go elsewhere or settle the debts yourself.. you will be much better off. We dropped out almost immediately after the problems started and worked with creditors individually and things are much easier. I wouldn’t recommend at first they where great if call or they’d call every month for a payment then in Dec radio silence tried getting ahold of them multiple times to make a payment finally did excuse was staffing change okay whatever after that same thing radio silence tried getting back in touch agine took 2 months finally fed up I request refund still waiting on it after 30+ days company is disorganized and dishonest allways passing a buck
I wouldn't even give one! At first they seem all there but second you pay forget it they just won't talk to u appointments or not they give you the run around and each tells you something different! I don't recommend for anyone unless ur desperate!
A friend of mine was thinking about going here for help with her bankruptcy, but she happened to run into someone who used to work there. That person told her to look somewhere else because this firm doesn’t really put their clients first. Apparently, there was a ransomware attack a while back that compromised their servers, and the area manager didn’t even tell the staff what was going on.
