Not happy. They couldn't supply a pump on its own. So had to buy pump and filter. Didn't sell me enough media to fill the filter so have to drive half back to buy more. This also means I will have to take filter apart to add the extra media which is a pain in the neck.

We left a much needed bed wedge at home when packing for our holiday and called ahead to see if there was one available. Not only was the call answered courteously and helpfully but when we arrived we were offered a discounted price for one of the more expensive bed wedges. It’s just so nice to get good old fashioned customer service and little wonder this store’s review score us so high.
