I brought my mother into the ER with a broken ankle on 4/18/26 after a scary fall and rescue in the gorge. We are not from the area and had traveled 4 hours to hike for the weekend. When we arrived at the ER someone was immediately available to help get my mom out of the car and took her straight to triage. From there each step was quick and cohesive. My husband came into the ED with a very high heart rate. Diagnosed with A-Fib. He was admitted to ICU, had a cardioversion and later came back for a pacemaker. The ED staff treated him with compassion, kindness, and we’re very professional. Thank you for doing a great job.
