Not really much better than the hospital in Morehead there really making me wait 12 hours to take out a catheter after a c section that is retarded and very uncalled for there is a lot they do that they should be shut down for

Clark regional medical hospital and first Care urgent Care Winchester Kentucky killed my wife I am the widow of Laura Shelton and that's why she is not posting today. Laura came into the Clark county's hospital with classic signs of an abdominal section that would become septic. I took her to the waiting room on a Friday, October 29th and I sat in the waiting room for over 3 hours while she laid in her SUV right in front of the hospital doors. Thank you Clark Regional for your quick response and excellent care! We arrived at the ER thinking it was a cardiac event and had a diagnosis of PE within mins. Caroline in the ER was amazing in diagnosing, sharing our options, and getting care started immediately. Once admitted our care team took excellent of us. They met all of our needs. I want to commend the staff of Clark Regional Medical Center for the excellent care they provided my father during his time there. The doctors, nurses and technicians were all professional and attentive in their daily and nightly duties. From the ER to med-surg to the TCU and finally hospice care, my father was always given the highest respect and attention. Clark Regional Medical Center is a true gem within the Winchester community. The staff are always kind and caring. My late husband in the latter stages of his illness wanted only to go to Clark Regional Medical Center for his care because he had developed such a personal report with the staff, including the doctors who cared for him and were always asking how he was doing even when he wasn't the patient. The staff are very professional and personable.
