Mr. Clark was on site at our home 18 minutes. He did an absolutely inadequate job of appraising and, in my opinion, is incompetent. The other reviewer here hit most of the exact issues I have with the service performed AND his fee is currently $525.00 for an absolutely worthless VA appraisal. I will be filing a complaint against him with the state as well as the BBB.
If there was an option to give "Negative" stars that is what this rating would be. Although Mr. Clark has 41 years' experience as it is stated in his resume. There comes a time when people cannot perform their job in a safe manor. This is the case in Mr. Clark.
