I was denied care by Dr. Clark because of my service dog. I am legally allowed to take my service dog anywhere there any normal person is allowed according to the American with disabilities act. This includes your Dennis office hospitals and ambulances and even operation rooms if I am conscious. My dog cannot be separated from me for any reason whatsoever.
