yesterday i was scheduled to have someone look at my plumbing. i was unfortunately made to wait around well past my initial time told. i was extremely upset bc i had taken off work all day to wait. when i called, i spoke to the owner James. he was extremely nice, and apologized profusely for the inconvenience. the technician showed up, and took care of the problem. everything was resolved, and James called me back to make sure i was happy. so this review is for him, and his dedication to customer service. i don't blame him f... read more
