Very fast service. Called and was at the house in an hour. Replaced a part and on his way. Very reasonable price for repair and part. Very highly recommend!!!
Got home at 5pm to an 84°house. Called and Mr. Clark walked me through some DIY options . When none of those worked he gave me a task and told me to call him back inb30 mins with an update. Still nothin . So he came over within 30 mins. We found the problem, he fixed it, and all done and working in 20 minutes of arrival. He was so pleasant and friendly and did a great job explaining how things worked and how to maintain the system better.
Roger is always so quick to respond when we call! His customer service is great! I know how busy he must be this time of year, but he always does his best to take care of the situation ASAP.
Mr. Clark was super efficient at identifying the problem and finding a solution. He is very knowledgeable and helped teach me a few things for the future. Outstanding customer service!
Called problem in at 8: am and Roger had it repaired and cooling by 9:15. Couldnât ask for better service ! Reasonable service charge as well.

My air conditioner went out on Wednesday started calling that evening and on today and he was able to come out!!! So very grateful. It was my circuit board. Replaced and was able to go back to work. The first real heat of the summer hit this past weekend, and with it came power grid issues. As the power bounced back and forth, we noticed that the AC was no longer blowing cold air. All this on a hot June Saturday afternoon. We contacted our landlord, no real response (big surprise!) so we slept in a humid house at 85F.
