Tried Greg's services last month on my Holden crewman after recently being very impressed with his air conditioning colleague. Asked Greg in advance about pricing and he was vague with no indication and said if I wasn't happy then just don't come back . However I did book in for an oil change service. I have been taking my vehicle there for many years. I am 100% happy with their services.
Greg was rude when I asked him to walk me through the hand written invoice for my basic service which came to $395… I was gentle and was only trying to decipher his handwriting…he became frustrated and impatient… I feel he did do a decent job with the servicing of my little car… and he was quick… but he barked at me - and got defensive. It was just a little more expensive than what I anticipated. My fault I guess for not asking in advance what the price would be for a service..
