Good day, I hope someone finds this review helpful. This experience was very frustrating. There are a mixture of customer service, billing, and procedural shortcomings that resulted in my one star review. My 11 year old was referred here from Cibolo Pediatric Dentistry for tooth extraction. We have duel insurances and the extraction cost was ($1,400). Dr. Rozanski and her team of nurses were absolutely tremendous! I was having the most awful pain with my wisdom teeth and procrastinating to get them out. I was referred here by my dentist and Krista scheduled my appt asap. She was so kind and the RNs kept my mind at ease. During the day of the surgery, I was in and out like that. Quick, painless, and professional. I didnt have any dental insurance however, the price was definitely in my budget. I am forever grateful for the Clark and Gossett staff!
Clark & Gossett are great. I mean who wants to have a tooth pulled or oral surgery? If, the day arrives you need that type of services I would HIGHLY recommend them. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the dental assistants & yes, even DrJullian Rozanski!!! They are the most friendliest, helpful, compassionate, patient and professional office I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. Was really happy with the work of Dr. Scott and all staff. Everyone was professional and kind especially in my situation of being pregnant, in the last trimester and needed a bad tooth removed. As with all dental visits I am always anxious but Dr. Scott and his team made me feel relaxed and my treatment was quick. Definitely recommend this office and I will be returning for my future dental needs.
I had to have a tooth removed. I was able to get in with Dr Clark in a timely manner. The staff were wonderful and it went well. I recommend hi highly.
