Terrible! Will not stand behind their own staffs word. We bought a lawn mower for our church property. We took it back in at 17 hours to get the initial oil change. The lady at the desk said it would be free. When we came back to pick it up they charged us $88 for an oil change! This place is supposed to be an authorized Honda dealer and do repairs but after arguing with Honda for a month to finally get them to repair a generator that was still under warranty. The shop then tells us their technicians don’t have the ability to fix the generator. Now they’ve know for weeks the issue so I had to take my generator to another shop. When I arrive to pick it up.
