If I had known how bad this company was before buying my house, I wouldn't have bought it. I've lived in very rural and isolated areas my whole life and have never experienced as many outages as I do now. As of 05/26/2024: 3rd week in a row where we lost power for 6+ hours. CHECK YOUR ELECTRIC PROVIDER BEFORE BUYING A HOME As of 9/30/2024 Day 4 of not having power. Cause of the outage? These nasty people have left us for 5 days without power. Act of God... nothing! This is garbage. I have $3,000 in 3 freezers. Who is responsible for that ? We drove around and the only repair trucks was parked at Miller's and they said they had been waiting 2 B dispatched but they didn't have anything but yet 3 miles up the road my crapp war rottening. They fixed the power in all but 5 houses in my neighborhood and then moved on. They suck.
I gotta hand it to your crew that goes out and fixes things. yesterday I had a tree fall in my back yard and it took out my telephone pole and knocked my electric out. Today them boys came out and put me a new 6x6 up and got my electric back on with no hassle, I know electric companies give a bad rep but not this one, I can't thank your crew enough for getting me fixed up and ready to go in this heat in a timely manner and saving me a bunch of money!
