Employees that help you are rude and impatient. If you hate your job that much and have no patience then QUIT. I’m trying to figure out issues with my account and why I am locked out and I couldn’t hear a few words she said and she got rude real quick. I’m glad my mom taught me patience and I hope someone else puts her in her place.
This energy company is criminal. How can they charge so much and be so incompetent? I have lost power at least 50 times in my 9 years here. It is so hard on my appliances and units. I have lost 3 tvs, multiple air fryers, hair dryers, etc and I am sure this helped my hvac units get destroyed. I recently received a $462 electric bill and my power was out for one day of that time?! It is not like I am enjoying the comfort of my heat during peak winter season as I set my thermostat to a whopping 68 degrees. We need more options... read more
