Charging way too much over charges
Very friendly
Clark Energy is not cheap, but they provide very good service and have good communication. Customer since 2020.
Going on day four with no power and no explanation as to why we are among the VERY last to have service returned. Both sides of my road on Old Ruckerville have had sevice returned. 32 remaining households in the dead center remain without even after MULTIPLE crews have been dispatched. No one will return a phone call or a message to help us or let us know why, how, or when to expect power again. This is insanely frustrating.
Why is there not a ZERO star ? That is all they would B worth .... O The worst electric company i have ever had. We have had a Power Line in the Road for ..3.. days and the Fire Dpt was afraid 2 do anything with it ... we cant even go out because of this line ... what a joke. I am the only one on my whole road without power because of this line ... WHAT A JOKE
