Staff here is a delight. They focus on root canals and were super attentive to making it as easy a process as possible, and just kind human beings. Not that I’m planning to get more root canals, but this place is definitely a great option.
I have had a number of procedures with Dr. Robert Ceisel some years ago and wish to thank him and his Assistant Lora, for always providing the best of care and comprehensive follow up. Dr. Ceisel's Assistant, Lora, has recently been extremely helpful in scheduling and communicating with me regarding another procedure I may soon need. When faced with the possibility of needing another procedure (Root Canal) recently, Dr. Ceisel and his Assistant Lora was my "GoTo" choice. Thank you Dr. Ceisel and Lora!
August 16, 2024: I was probably denied service and sent elsewhere because my UHC benefits left was only $868.86. It wouldn't cover a molar root canal and then nothing for a crown and post by my dentist. I took the hint eventually. I didn't want to go elsewhere, but I picked the wrong one. It was about how far away it was. My choice was only open two months. Didn't do it. I had tooth #18 pulled. March 8, 2024: Today my tooth 29 was given a Root Canal. It was painless. Lora assisted Dr. Robert J. Ceisel with the procedures, X-rays, and accommodations at the desk. Lora has been with the Endodontist for many years and they work well together. Dr. Ceisel gives his opinion on what he sees is needed. My appointment was finished on time. I am usually thankful I am in Dr. Ceisel's capable hands. He has my best interests at heart. My appreciation to Dr. Ceisel and Lora. They are friendly and kind.
