Reception staff and CMA were superb in professionalism and friendliness. The provider we saw was not very friendly. He was unable to actaully listen to my concerns. He kept cutting me off when I tried to speak.
Reception staff and CMA were superb in professionalism and friendliness. The provider we saw was not very friendly. He was unable to actaully listen to my concerns. He kept cutting me off when I tried to speak.
Ended up in emergency room because they had to cancel my appointment. Then wouldn't work me in when we doctor said I needed an emergency visit with them.
Still sitting in the office waiting over an hour and a half past my appointment time in an overflowing waiting room with someone who clearly should be wearing a mask. These people have no respect for your time. Recommend you go anywhere else.
