I did not have a pleasant experience when dealing with the Midlothian front office. A clipboard was handed to me no explanation given as to what I was signing, but I did notice every person after me was greeted with a smile and instructed what to do. When I brought it to the persons attention she got defensive. I received a letter telling me my children could no longer be seen at the Midlothian location, no one reached out to me personally to hear what I felt I experienced. I am absolutely TERRIFIED of the dentist. I think it’s the worst place ever. 🙈 I have for years been putting off going, dealing with pain etc. well, I finally talked my self into going today and I have to say.. everyone was so nice and welcoming. If you’re looking for a place to go, check them out!!!❤️❤️
Even though I’ve worked in dental for about 18 years, I’m still a baby when it comes to getting dental work done on myself. I have had cleanings before with Dr. Clark’s office but had a crown done today. Dr. Brian Clark was amazing- very caring, and talked me through everything. I did not feel any pain whatsoever and everyone was exceptional. Truly love this dental team!
The Best Dental office! Everyone is so nice, they made me feel so comfortable! The Dentist are extremely knowledgeable and explained my treatment in a way I could understand. The office manager and girls upfront broke down my insurance for me and presented my treatment plan with such ease and gave me multiple payments options.
