RecommendedMy first appointment here was back when I was 11 years old. They checked me to see if I would be medically eligible for braces which I was and they were put on when I was 12. I am now 22 and just got my braces off and can not tell you how AMAZING everyone in this office is from the front desk ladies, to the ladies in back to Dr. Dean today was a very sad day for me as all of you have watched me grow into the lady I am today. If you are going to make an appointment with this clinic, make sure to call and verify your insurance benefits on your own. Do not take their word/assurances that you "should be covered." I made an appointment for my kids to be seen at Clark, Dean, & Associates. The employee I spoke with over the phone when making the appointment inquired about what kind of insurance we had, to which I replied that we were covered by my husband's federal employee insurance. We certainly accept a shared responsibility of this situation and will work to resolve this going forward. We are glad the visit itself was a positive one for your children.
They have been so patient and flexible with my child. Today's visit was a huge success where she was able to sit through the exam herself. Up until now she has been so afraid of the dentist that we have had to hold her. We could not have gotten to this point without a dentist that is willing to work with her.
We absolutely love it at Clark, Dean & Associates! Everyone is very friendly, professional, and clean! They are great at making my son feel comfortable! I’ve been taking my son here since he was 1 year old, and I also went to this dentist when I was a child! Never have had a bad experience here! Only great experiences! Love the people here they are so nice and care about the children they are working on. Would definitely recommend!!! Had a wonderful experience with my 5 year old son who needed 3 fillings!
Absolutely. They are very good with your children and know what they are doing. Speedy and efficient but also take time to answer your questions.
