I have bought and sold a hand full of houses both with and without using a realtor. I recently worked with Clark on both the sale and purchase of property. I can very confidently say that Clark added a ton of value to the process. A lost of realtors only fill the position of gatekeeper to homes on the market. Clark was so much more. Honest. Valuable. Informed.
I cannot recommend Clark Crawford enough. His attention to detail is second to none and he ALWAYS has his client's best interest at heart. He knows the Tyler and surrounding markets extremely well and is always available to his clients and to answer any and all questions you may have. When it comes to selling and buy again, we will only use Clark Crawford.
We used Clark to buy our home in Flint. Going into the process, I really didn't want to use a realtor. We have zillow and realtor.com....do I really need to pay a human? However, after not being able to see homes without a realtor, I gave in. I'm glad I had to. Clark was able to really listen to what we wanted and then he showed us some homes (one of which we still live in today) that were not even on my radar.
