My regular urologist Dr F. Terrell retired, so I gave Dr Crowe a chance to be my urologist, this was my first visit on 8/18/25. I was greeted warmly by the office staff, and Dr Crowe was very professional in his demeanor and answered all my questions. Would like to thank him and his staff for the warm greeting, as a Veteran that means so much. Thank-you kindly for the care given.

Their new urologist is Dr. Billy Crowe. To say he and his staff are a disappointment, is an understatement. Aside from my first visit after being referred by the hospital (which was a rude encounter itself) I’ve been nothing but inconvenienced. After waiting 2 hours for imaging (that his office requested, mind you), I was informed that Dr Crowes office failed to follow protocol for my allergy needs during imaging and was sent away. So I always heard this office was “highly recommended” but I can’t say that I agree. I saw a doctor there yesterday (not Dr. Terrell) who was very dismissive of what I knew was going on with my body. He didn’t listen about my pain, my symptoms, things I was looking into, nothing. He said my sample tested clear for anything I was suggesting (I knew my symptoms were more severe than he said and I already knew what was wrong but I needed medicine to fix it), and he tried to treat me for a “syndrome” that I knew I didn’t have. Miss informed, no records---- that were sent with referral by doctors office ..staff at Clark clinic said they had no records and ask me to come back in a month,,for what i ask ? So we can locate your records which were sent by my family doctor..I do not think this doctor gave a damn about how much pain I'm in and have been... he just blue me off
