Great Staff. Dr. Edwards and especially Aubrey and Rachel are some of the best. So personable, you're more than just a patient with these individuals. So great!!
The person who works the front desk does not have the personality to be the first point of contact for a business. She lacks interpersonal skills in her communication. I declined to schedule with this office because I wouldn't want to deal with her anytime I would need to schedule or call the office. It's unfortunate.
Absolutely amazing service! My husband's hearing has been overlooked for so long. The doctors and staff helped us get his aids and patiently taught him how to use them, and even showed him how to connect them to his Bluetooth.
I visited Clark Clinic ENT in Winchester, KY for the first time today to have my hearing aids cleaned and serviced. Lucinda Batta, Audiologist, knocked it out of the park. I’m so thankful to have found her to help me with my hearing needs. She was so helpful in addressing my issues and made sure I was taken care of. I couldn’t be more pleased with this practice!! I will be a regular patient here!! Great job!!
